Vacation Rental Description

Island at Hidden Harbour - Professionally decorated 3rd floor two 
bedroom, two bath condo located in a private bayside community on 
125th Street.  Includes two outdoor pools, sand volley ball court, 
tennis court, playgrounds, and charcoal grills. On site parking.
Families or adults over 25.  No pets please.  Non-smoking unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, cable TV, walk in closet, and 
master bath with jacuzzi tub. 
Second bedroom has (2) twin beds. 
Living room features cathedral celings with an automatic gas 
fireplace, cd player, cable TV, DVD,and VCR.  The sofa opens up to a 
queen size bed. 
Dining Area includes six place settings at table and two bar chairs 
for counter.  
Private deck overlooking bay and fishing pier at Northside Park 
complete with patio furniture and storage shed with beach & crabbing 
supplies. 
The unit has central heat and air conditioning.  Bedrooms and living 
room have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, microwave, 
dishwasher, garbage disposal, and includes a full supply of 
utensils, pots & pans, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. 
A full sized washer and dryer are located behind folding doors in 
hallway.
Local phone service. Renter to supply own towels and linens. 

Activities and Attractions

The ocean is just a couple of blocks away. Unit is overlooking the 
beautiful bay with gorgeous sunsets.  Northside Park, with fishing 
lagoon, water fowl, playgrounds, ballfields, picnic area, two piers, 
jogging/walking trails, and indoor gymnasium is steps away.  The 
summer season also brings concerts in the park every Sunday.
Ocean City offers its famous boardwalk, amusement piers, and 
miniature golf courses all available only a short drive or bus ride 
away.  Numerous restaurants, night clubs, championship golf courses, 
horse race track are all a close drive away.
