This first floor, two bedroom/two bath turn key condo is located in Midnight Cove II on gorgeous Siesta Key. This condo is located in a lush, tropical setting on the Intracoastal Bay and also on a cove of navigatible water with fishing and boat docks. Our unit is directly on the bay with views from the large living room/dining area, kitchen, master bedroom, and the large screened-in lanai of the passing sailboats, herons, egrets and dolphins.

Just a short walk away is a large heated swimming Pool with deck and Clubhouse in beautiful, tropical setting.  Also enjoy private, deeded access to the famous white Quartz sands of Crescent Beach across the street. (Many condos on the key do not have deeded access to the beach which means you have to walk two blocks or more for public access.)

Unit features large Master Bedroom Suite with access to lanai, views of Intracoastal,    walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom with double vanity. The guest bathroom has been remodeled to be more handicap accesible with a raised toilet and walk-in shower. 
Besides central air, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms for added comfort. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (new range, built-in microwave & dishwasher 6/2012) and abundant cabinet & counter space. The master bedroom has a king size bed with new mattress/box springs, desk, TV & two dressers.  The guest bedroom has been recently updated and has 2 twin beds, dresser and flat screen TV.  The living room has new flat screen TV/DVD, sofa/hideabed & loveseat, 2 swivel chairs.

Within a two block walk from our unit you will find Grocery, Drug and Convenience Stores as well as Restaurants and Gift Shops.  A five minute drive will bring you to Siesta Village with it's many open air Restaurants, Night Clubs and Gift Boutiques.
