Beautiful 3Br/2Ba townhouse unit located on the corner of 5th street
& Philadelphia Ave. Just two short blocks to the beach and the
Boardwalk. Only a block to the bay & beautiful sunsets, basketball
court, skate park, baseball field, and kiddie playground. Large
kitchen, washer/dryer, living room with a pull-out sofa, master
bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, second bedroom with a
double bed, and third with a pyramid type bunk bed (double on the
bottom, single on the top).Both bathrooms with showers.
