Nicely laid out 3Br.2Ba townhouse unit located on the corner of 5th street & Philadelphia Ave, just 2 short blocks walking distance to the beach and the Boardwalk. New (in 2012!) front deck overlooking Philadelphia Ave.
Fully stocked large kitchen, washer/dryer. Central A/C, picnic tables for your use, kiddie playground next door, outdoor pool on the property. Large living room with a pull out sofa and love seat, large TV. WiFi area available.
1st bedroom with Double bed and pyramid type (double/single) bunk bed, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, third bedroom- with a pyramid type bunk bed (double/single). 2 bathrooms with tiled (new in 2012) stand up shower.
Parking for 2 vehicles. Additional parking near by available for $10/day
Built in 2002, but updated cosmetically in 2011 & 2012. The space and proximity to the beach makes this a GREAT VALUE!
