Vacation Rental Description

Our Chalet is in a secluded area of South Lake Tahoe with a fabulous 
view of the lake. It is located at an elevation above the main lodge 
of Heavenly Valley Ski Resort without the traffic and noise, just 
three minutes from the Casinos and Entertainment.

The home is completely furnished and equipped for a relaxing 
vacation.  In addition to three bedrooms the upstairs Loft has four 
sleeping pads for sleeping bags.  The two baths are separate from 
any bedrooms.  The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, 
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and condiments.  For your 
convenience the laundry area is complete with washer and dryer, with 
soap and cleaning supplies furnished if needed.

Outside the rear deck goes the length of the house to take advantage 
of the breathtaking view and is equipped with picnic table, chairs 
and gas barbeque. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fireplace with wood available, Phone, Cable TV, VCR, DVD & CD 
player, Stereo, Gas Bar-B-Q Grill, picnic table and chairs on rear 
deck, Security Alarm, Linens & Bedding provided, Washer & Dryer and 
Parking for 4 Cars.   

Full Kitchen includes a Dining Table and counter seating for 4, 
Kitchen condiments, Soaps & paper goods, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Ice Maker and Cooking utensils provided.

Handicapped Accessibility:  Two steps required to enter building.
