Constructed in 2004, the Dunes Club Condominium is a small, 15
unit luxury facility which is gated and offers vacationers a white
sand beachfront location, heated pool, tennis court, boat and trailer storage and other amenities. Unit 1E is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath luxurious beachfront
unit with gorgeous, relaxing views of the beach, a large beachfront
deck, and a stairway to the swimming pool. The furnishings are in
beach decor with comfort in mind for a single person, couple, or
party of up to 7. Wireless High Speed Internet is now available. The
Master bedroom features a huge, king size bed,
ocean view, TV/VCR unit, and large private bathroom with double
sinks and tub with shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed,
TV/VCR, and semi-private bathroom. The third bedroom has a single
sized bed. The living room, which has an ocean view, has a
convertible sofa with a queen sized mattress.

swimming pool, sunbathing, walking, running, or driving on the
beach, shelling, fishing from the beach, building sand castles, playing tennis, reading, writing and relaxing. With new Wireless High Speed Internet service,
you can keep up with work in a very peaceful setting.
Nearby activities include motor boating or sailing in St. Joe Bay
with easy access to the launch ramp at St. Joseph's State Park or a
private camp. Canoe and kayak rentals are available nearby. Fishing
and scalloping are popular activities. Scuba diving and wreck dives
can be arranged with the dive shop in nearby Port St. Joe. Horseback
riding on the beach is available nearby. Wildlife viewing may be
done on St. Vincent's Island Preserve by taking the ferry.
