We offer gulf view and gulf front condos in Sunset Vista.
Each unit is privately owned and operated. Our rental office is off site and that
enables us to offer you a lower rate for your vacation. These units are beautifully decorated and
kept very clean. You are steps from miles of white sandy beaches and the
warm waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are on Treasure
Island Beach. Our Non-Smoking condo's are located throughout the
building and include gulf front, premium gulf view, gulf view and
partial gulf view units. Each unit includes a magnificent view of
the Gulf of Mexico. Each unit features a queen sized bed in each
bedroom and a pull out queen sized sleeper in the living room.   The exception is 611 S which has two twon beds in the second bedroom.  Two
bathrooms make it easy for everyone to shower after spending a
relaxing day on the beach.
The very large sparkling pool and jacuzzi is amazing and overlooks
the beach. It features a large patio area for sunbathing and is
steps away from a cash tiki bar to quench your thirst. The complex
also features a separate kiddie pool and jacuzzi for the little
ones. Everything you need to relax and surrender to the tropical
breezes, warm water and cold margaritas is available at your
fingertips.

Two bedroom, two bath unit with private balcony
with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. We also have direct
gulf front units. A pull out queen couch is located in the living
room.
We provide bed sheets, beach towels, bathroom towels.  We do have an in suite washer and dryer so you can travel
light. Just bring your sunscreen and swimsuit!

The swimming pool area is very nice and the heated pool is very
large. A sundeck surrounds the pool area. A large jacuzzi is
located in the pool area and will help you melt your worries away.
There is also a separate kiddie pool area that has fountains and an
additional jacuzzi.

Should you decide to venture away from this wonderful location you
will find John's Pass Village less than a mile away. Busch Gardens
is less than an hour away and Disney World and Orlando Theme Parks
are approx. 90 miles away making Orlando and easy day trip.
Experience the breath taking Gulf of Mexico sunsets and frolicking
dolphins while enjoying the evening sea breeze that will have you
coming back year after year. This is a very special area to me as it

reservations or a weekend cruise.

Springs, Nearby is Fort Desoto State Park Rated as America's Number
1 Beach in 2005 that features nature trails, bicycling rentals and
wonderful trails for biking, in-line skating, hiking and bird
watching. Kayak rental are also available. Nearby the Pinellas Trail
Features a 42 Mile Bicycle Path, Gambling Boats within Walking
Distance (Johns Pass), Numerous Golfing Options, Trolley Car for
Transportation Around St. Petersburg and Adjoining Beaches. I am
very fond of the Treasure Island/St. Petersburg area as this is
where I grew up. If you are looking for anything special please let

Summer rates are hard to beat!

We offer CSA Trip Cancellation or Interruption Insurance that
includes mandatory hurricane evacuation. The cost is 6.5% of your
reservation.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Rentals are available starting any day of the week.  
The minimum age requirement for person renting the unit is 25 years
old.
Rates do not include taxes.
Payment is due and payable in US Funds in the form of Visa and
Master Card.
Cancellation Policy: We offer CSA Travel Protection Insurance.
