This non-smoking home has all the comforts of home. Fronting the
Wright Brothers Memorial Park and between the highways, this home
features nothing but glorious sunrises and even better sunsets. The
beach is just a short walk up the street (300 yards). Home was
recently landscaped for that special touch. The interior is
decorated with a "L.B.I. New Jersey" beach theme, but offers much
more. It's a must to see and stay in comfortable, homey

equipped with dishwasher, microwave, crockpot and refrigerator with
icemaker. Look out the kitchen window for a great view of the
memorial! Great room has ceiling fan, new living room furniture, HDTV
with digital package, DVD/VHS, stereo CD, electric fireplace for
those cozy nights. High-speed internet service at no charge
Central air throughout with a variety of board games, books, high
chair for the little ones, deck furniture, grill with patio, outside
shower with access to Master Bedroom. Washer and dryer located on
the lower level.

Home comes complete with beach furniture, umbrella and cooler.

New siding, lighting and deck have been added as well as updated landscaping.

Take a short stroll (or for those runners) to the Wright Brothers
Park and enjoy the history of the first flight. There's plenty of
other activities including golf (miniature and full course),
shopping, Jockey's Ridge, and more shopping. Take a short ride to
Cape Hatteras or to the mainland in Manteo to see the Lost Colony
play.

House is available on a weekly basis only between May and September.
