Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious 4 bedroom 3 full bath home with a beautiful pool and 
spa was constructed in Sept. 2003. It is laid out perfectly to 
accommodate one large family or two medium families. Our home is 
located in the Four Corners community in Davenport, Florida less 
then 8 minutes from the Disney World exit off of I-4. This 
luxuriours home is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, ample 
dining and living space with cable TV / DVD player in the family 
room and master bedroom. 

The kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, mixing 
bowls, plates, cups, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, blender, 
mixer, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top/oven, microwave 
oven, and more. 

The dining areas include seating for 6 in the dining room, 4 in the 
kitchen, 2 at the bar height kitchen counter, and seating for 4 
outside under the covered lanai. 

The screened in pool is 14 x 28ft and ranges in depths of 3 to 5ft. 
The spa is the perfect place for adults to relax while the children 
play in the pool. (pool/spa heating optional) The pool area also 
includes two chaise lounges and seating for 4 around the table under 
the covered lanai.
 
The yard is surrounded by a 6ft fence for added privacy while the 
western exposure allows for viewing Florida's beautiful sunsets.
 
The living room is the perfect place to finish the day. This room 
has a very comfortable sofa (with a queen size pull out bed), a love 
seat, and oversized chair. For your entertainment there is an 
armoire with a 32in TV and DVD player, a stereo / CD player and 
games to enjoy in the basket of the coffee table. Of course there is 
a sliding glass door for easy access to the covered lanai and the 
pool/spa area for further relaxation and enjoyment.
 
Our home offers 4 bedrooms 3 full baths. It sleeps up to 10 when 
using the pull out couch. It is perfectly laid out to accomodate one 
large family or two smaller families. Each bedroom is equipped with 
a ceiling fan and a large closet.
 
The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, walk-in 
closet, a 27in TV/DVD and sliding glass door to the pool/spa. The 
large master bathroom includes a stall shower, tub, double sinks and 
a separate commode.
 
This second bedroom (2nd master) features a queen size bed, dresser 
and large closet in addition to a large window overlooking the 
pool/spa. The second bathroom is located right across the hall and 
has a large stall shower, sink and commode.
 
The third bedroom offers a full size bed, dresser and large closet. 
The fourth bedroom includes two twin beds, dresser and large closet. 
The third bathroom is between the third and fourth bedrooms. It 
includes a tub/shower combo., sink and commode.
 
In the rear of the home are the master and second bedrooms while the 
third and fourth bedrooms are located in the front of the home.
 
All bed and bath linens are supplied.

Activities and Attractions

Located 3 miles off of I-4 our home is only minutes from Disney 
World theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild, Busch 
Gardens and all the central Florida attractions. 50 minutes to the 
east is Cape Canaveral as well as Daytona Beach and 60 minutes to 
the west is Tampa. Our home is also within minutes of many golf 
courses including Champion's Gate, Walt Disney World, Golf, Mariott 
Orlando world Golf Club and Orange Lake Country Club.
 
For those who thrive in the great outdoors, Orlando, Florida is home 
to some of the best bass fishing in the entire United States. 
Additionally, lakes like the 1700 acre Lake Conway offer boating, 
water-skiing, diving, wind surfing and parasailing.
 
Don't forget baseball spring training for all those baseball fans. 
The trianing complexes of the Braves, Indains, Tigers and Astros are 
within twenty minutes or less.
