This condo is in the Oceanfront development of Chac Hal Al in Puerto
Aventuras. Chac Hal Al Condos have the best beach location in
Puerto Aventuras. The condo has a deep water view of the marina
entrance and is steps away from the white sandy main beach of Puerto
Aventuras.

This large studio unit is the size of most one bedroom condos
however the sleeping area is not enclosed as a bedroom which gives
this condo a very spacious feeling. The living area opens to a
private terrace with a double sliding door to enjoy the fantastic
ocean breeze from this second floor unit.

The condo comes with an equipped kitchen, dining area, large living
area, large private terrace with deep water marina view, air
conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD-CD player, WiFi, bath with tub
and shower, and walk-in closet.

The development has a large, brand new pool overlooking the beach
and another pool with cabana overlooking the ocean. The Chac Hal Al
condos have plenty of chaise lounge chairs and palapas poolside and
ample lounge chairs and shady palapas on the beach.

Local management company with office just outside complex takes care
of all details including check in & key pickup, full condo cleaning
twice weekly (and of course after departure). They supply bath
towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, soap, and bottled water.

Immediately next to Chac Hal Al is the small Omni Hotel which has a
cool beach bar, beachside restaurant and fitness center. The
fitness center has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach
and new, high quality equipment. Massages are also availble
beachside. Chac Hal Al guests are welcome at the Omni and can use
the fitness center; daily and weekly rates.

Since this Chac Hal Al condo has a beachfront location you won't
have to worry about long walks to gain access to the beach. Step out
the front door of this condo and you are on the beach in 30 seconds!
Beach access in Puerto Aventuras can be challenging for other condo
owners/guests if the condo is located off the beach, way back in the
marina. If you are not in one of the few beachfront complexes you
also have to consider where you will relax on the beach. Chac Hal Al
condos have penty of lounge chairs and palapas available for your
use. Avoid the hassle, and stay in a beachfront location!

Puerto Aventuras has it all, without the traffic! Inside the master
planned gated community of Puerto Aventuras there are 14 restaurants
at all price levels, offering outdoor dining around the marina. Your
location at the Chac Hal Al condos puts you within a 2 minute walk
to the shops and restaurants at the Marina.

From the Marina you can arrange for a snorkeling trip on a
catamaran, a scuba dive at the reef just offshore, deep sea fishing,
charter a fishing boat, horseback riding, a round of golf on the
Puerto Aventuras golf course, a game of tennis, or just stay at the
Marina and have a swim with the dolphins.

You can snorkel in front of the condos at the end of the beach
without going anywhere. But if you want to go somewhere Xel-ha and
Xcaret are a short distance away. Less than 15 minutes by taxi ($15)
will put you in Playa del Carmen and when you are tired of the
crowds you are just minutes away from your quiet condo in Puerto
Aventuras. A little further down the road is Tulum, the Mayan ruins
located on a beautiful beach.

Puerto Aventuras is less than an hour drive south of the Cancun Airport
and is easily reached by taxis and airport shuttle service.
