from property)

Walt Disney world is 7 miles from property (12 minutes) gulf coast 1 hour atlantic coast 1 hour
Airport 27 miles (45 minutes).
From 192, turn right onto highway 27 North (Clermont) at 2nd lights 
turn right.




 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is a two story with 2500 sq.ft. under air conditioning and 
a one car garage.
Like many other Florida homes it is open plan with high vaulted 
ceilings in the main living areas.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms with both shower 
and all the bedrooms have walk-in closets.
Downstairs you have the entrance hall with dining room to the right 
and living room to the left. 
Ahead you have the family room which has TV, Video and DVD and off 
this, the kitchen with breakfast area. 
Also downstairs is the master bedroom with it's King sized bed, 19" 
TV, en suite master bathroom with oversized shower and tub. Last but 
not least you have the laundry and garage. 
The laundry is equipped with full sized washer and dryer. games room with pool table foos ball and
electric darts board.  high speed internet access. baby"s high chair and crib on request

Then outside you have the screened and heated pool which measures 30 
feet by 15 feet and has a lanai which gives shade from the hot sun. 
also power spa and reed type screen around pool and deck area for complete privacy. 
 Full loungers & pool side furniture. 

There is also a large fold out couch bed which can accommodate two 
adults should the need arise. 


  
  
The front sitting room located to the left of the hall door gives a 
quieter area away from the main family room with the TV. It also 
contains a large fold out couch bed which can accommodate two adults 
should the need arise. The dining area, just off the kitchen, is 
ideal for more formal eating when you want to sit down and enjoy a 
meal, or entertain other guests. 

  
  
The kitchen and breakfast area, with larder refrigerator and 
freezer, dishwasher and self cleaning oven, microwave, dual bowl 
sink with disposal unit. The kitchen is fitted out with all 
necessary utensils including coffee maker, blender and kitchen 
linens. The master bedroom which has queen sized bed and a 19" TV 
with cable, showing double doors to master bathroom beyond which 
contains the oversize shower cubicle and master tub, together with 
walk in wardrobe. It also has its own access to the pool area. 
 
   
   And last but by no means least the pool. The loungers, tables and 
chairs for enjoying that pool-side drink are all in the shade of the 
lanai. The pool has a heater for the cooler weather (when it's still 
70+ degrees) usually between November and March

Management Company      
Our house is cared for in our absence by Lakeview Property 
Management. A very friendly company who give that personal touch to 
staying away from home. Their management personnel look after 
everything to do with the house including maintenance, cleaning, 
pool care and everything is kept to a very high standard. Should you 
have need of their assistance during your stay they will be 
delighted to help you in any way that they can.
