Channel. The Condo has views from every room, both Sunrise and Sunset Views. This waterfront community is designed to take full advantage of the town of
Chincoteague and Chincoteague Channel. You will enjoy magnificent sunsets, waterfowl, dolphins and marina which are part of the natural beauty of Sunset Bay Villas. The
Chincoteague channel affords abundant crabbing and fishing from the dock. The marina with its transcient boat slips can provide instant access to the water.
This exceptionally beautiful 1842 sq. ft., three bedroom, 2 bath
with wrap around deck/balcony. This luxury vacation condo has
central AC/heat and will accommodate 8 guests. Amenities include a
designer kitchen, whirlpool tub & top of the line upgrades
throughout the home.
Other items include elevators, ample parking, private deck/balcony, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, TV, VCR/DVD, trash chutes and extra large washer/dryer. Sheets and towels/wash cloths are available by request, ask owner for more
information.
PLEASE NOTE:
The MAX OCCUPANCY of eight persons for the house must not be
exceeded.
No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge or beach
50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior
to arrival. 10% tax, $75 cleaning fee and $200 deposit prior to
check in, deposit refunded once condo - passes inspection
and shows as when rented, no missing items or damage.
Check-in time is after 3p.m. Check-out time is 10a.m.
