service available to the beach.  Safe and secure building and 
community.  On-site management.
Condo is bright, with operable windows, carpeting in main room, tile 
floors in bathroom.  Full tub/shower in bathroom.
19 mile walking/jogging/bike trail along HY30-A. Rosemary Beach is 
next door.
