provided in living area and master bedroom with unlimited local and long distance calling. Wireless Internet provided. New central air and large ceiling fan. Master bedroom has brand new Queen Size bed and double size fouton. Second Bedroom has new Double bed and Single Bed. New wood flooring in
all living areas. New Ceramic Tile in Kitchen and Bathrooms. Laundry
room has washer and dryer. Piano in family room for your enjoyment.
2 TV's with Digital Cable and DVD player. Beautifully landscaped front and back
yards, picnic table, and park bench. Lots of privacy. Patio with new
gas grill, new comfortable patio table and chairs offers peace and tranquility.
Very close to one of three beach accesses. One of the closests in Idlewood Beach. Deck benches and stairs offer views of Holland�s lighthouse and gorgeous beach. One minute walk to association park for children to play. Miles of bike paths for walking, jogging, rollerblading, and bike riding. Linens
provided upon request. Weekly rental available May - September.

September 3 - September 8= $200 per night

September 15 - September 18 =  $200 per night 

September-May = $800 per week, $200 per night, $895 per month (including cable, internet, and phone) 

Monthly rate is based on a 6 month lease. Short term available for additional surcharge. 

Three night minimum stay required
