We are located at 77th Ave North & Ocean Blvd in beautiful Myrtle Beach just a 90 second walk to the
beach. 77th Ave North intersects with Business 17 just south of Carolina Opry and is one of the
most desirable neighborhoods at the beach.
The Horizon @ 77th was completed in July 2008 and the owners of this unit were able to upgrade it
during construction and we are sure you will enjoy all the enhancements offered. The owners also
spend considerable time here so our condo has that 'home away from home' feel and receives a lot of
TLC. Your family will love you for spending your vacation here.
This is a gorgeous building and the amenities along with the extras in the individual units will
make your stay delightful.
From the 9' ceilings to the granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile and
carpet, wall mount flat panel TV's with surround sound in the living room and whirlpool tub in the
master bath, our condo says "Welcome".
This 9th floor unit is uniquely situated with the balcony overlooking Ocean Blvd providing inland as
well as southern views of the ocean. The floorplan includes (2) bedrooms, (2) baths, living room,
dining area and full kitchen. There are king beds in the bedrooms with a queen
sleeper sofa in the living room. The total square footage of this unit is 1078 sq ft including the
balcony.
While you will be centrally located at Myrtle Beach and close to everything, your neighborhood is a
mix of other condominiums and residential properties set among ancient oak trees providing a
pleasant and relaxing stay approximately four miles north of the busy downtown section.
So whether you want to visit the raised outdoor water recreation area with pool and lazy river, the
indoor pool, or take a walk on the beach or along Ocean Blvd by the mansions and beach bungalows we
are sure this is the place for you.
Did I mention that there are(4)levels of covered parking in the building so you don't have to carry
your luggage across the street as you do in some other places? It's also elevator equipped and the
corridors are air-conditioned.
The unit will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Beds will be ready and bathrooms
stocked with clean towels, etc.. Complete kitchen with all the housewares and small appliances
await you. Everything is here except food and within a short drive or walk, you can either dine at
one of the many nearby restaurants or stop by the grocery for food.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, you will also have (2) complimentary beach chairs and unbrella set
up on the beach for your use.
