private Master Bedroom. This is a waterfront property on a deep-
water canal, which leads to the Intra-Coastal waterway. “Serenity” 
combines the privacy, spaciousness and convenience of a single-
family home with 45 feet of dock to park your boat or personal 
watercraft. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 150 yards away with the 
beautiful Emerald Coast just within your reach. 

Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming in the pool, or just relaxing on 
the beach without the confinement and crowds of a high-rise Condo. 
The community swimming pool in this private neighborhood is 
literally 10 steps from the front driveway. From the professional 
decorating; to the community pool; to the private pier into the 
sound; to beach access; there is no better rental home value on the 
Emerald Coast. This is our First season to rent our home.

Our home is exquisitely decorated with every room laid out for 
comfort, functionality and simple elegance. Since this is our family 
vacation home, we have created an environment conducive to families 
coming together to create lasting memories with a lot of individual 
activities to keep everyone busy and satisfied. With the “family 
fun” of Destin near enough for those who would like to visit but far 
enough away to allow a break from the traffic and congestion, 
Navarre Beach is where families come to rest and recreate.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring ...March 01- May 24                $1775/Week
Summer...May 24- August 16                $2495/ Week
Fall Value...August 16- October 31        $1775/Week
Winter ...November 1st - February 28      $1675/Week

$500 Security deposit to reserve home which will be refunded after 
home is cleaned and inspected. Sorry, Strictly NO pets & NO Smoking
Payment by check is due 30 days prior to arrival for rent and $150
cleaning fee plus 11.5% state and county resort tax.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property.
Check-In is @ 3PM and check out is 10AM
