Our canal front home is only steps from the beach with great Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf beach views from 2 decks, one off the main floor with private seating area and table & chairs for 8; the second off the Master Suite with small table & chairs for privacy. The deep water canal with boat dock leads to the sound which leads to the gulf via Pensacola or Destin.

The Master Suite has a pillow-top King-sized bed, a private bathroom with both bathtub and shower and a small seating area with 2 chairs and desk. Off the Master is a private balcony with spectacular gulf and sound views and a small seating area. Two additonal upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom and are beautifuly furnished with queen sized pillow-top beds and custom bedding.The 4th bedroom located off the main living area has 2 single beds with pillow-top comfort mattresses and cusotm bedding.

Our home is professionally decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker free high speed WiF, 2 TV's, VCR, DVD and stereo. The private community pool is across the street and the private fishing pier and sound beach make for a safe and family friendly experience. We are located between the Santa Rosa Beach Park and the Santa Rosa National Park with miles of secluded beaches and dunes.

Whether visiting Destin (35 minutes) or Pensacola Beach (15 minutes through the beautiful National wildlife refuge) or staying on Navarre Beach, our home is the center of fun, acttivities for making long lasting memories. We have beach and pool toys for kids, beach umbrellas and chairs and 2 bikes for riding the miles of bike and walking paths.

With the hustle and bustle of Destin, Ft Walton Beach and Pensacoal Beach a short drive away; free access to both the county and federal parks and easy walking access to the beautiful Gulf beaches or Santa Rosa Sound; Navarre Beach is becoming the ideal panhandle family vacation spot.

For a break from the beach, the private community pool is across from the house and is equipped with deck chairs. A short walk to the sound brings you to the private peir and sound-side beach woth miles of shoreline for exporing or relaxing. Fishing is great from the gulf, from the private neighborhood pier or from the boat dock out back.

Under the main deck is a patio with porch swing and a hammock and provides shade and privacy for just getting away from it all. The 2 car garage and space for 2 additonal vehicles in the drive allow for safe parking with easy access.

Payment by check is due 30 days prior to arrival for rent and $150
cleaning fee plus 11.5% state and county resort tax.
