Vacation Rental Description

This is a family vacation spot to call home. The beach is a short 2 
block stroll away, the town of Invermere is also just 2 blocks from 
your front door. Park the car while your here and enjoy the best 
beach Invermere Lake has to offer, a little pond below our home is 
great fishing for the little ones. The famous Invermere bakery is so 
close you can smell the coffee and cinnimon buns cooking. This 
location has everything you need to enjoy your stay for sunshine, 
rainy days or winter snow days. The Panarama Shuttle picks up a 
block 
from the house and gives you an easy ride to the  ski season.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach, swimming, sailing, boating, waterskiing, canoe and boat 
rentals, hiking, biking, skiing, golfing, sledding, skidoing,
barbquing, drinking and having fun!
House is fully furnished...linens,towells,blender 
dishes,dishwsher,stove,fridge,dishwasher,washer,dryer, microwave
Wood burning fireplace, games, cards, movies, music...
3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 master with ensuite and king bed,2nd and 3rd bedroom 
have queen beds, 2 Bedrooms downstairs, 1 
queen, 1 double with 
single bunk. 2 living areas, large eating area open to kitchen and 
living room. Tv's with dvds and cable in all rooms.

Activities and Attractions

Favorite things to do are..swim at the beach, kayak down the river 
to 
the wetlands, Golf at any of the 10 golf coarses, take the chair 
lift 
up to Panarama's peak in the summer and mountain bike down, Go the 
secret hot pools by Fairmont Hot Springs, Eat chinese food at the 
Windy Cafe in Windermere, watch the parade on Canada Day, go the 
Farmers market in town every Sat.in the Summer. Play on the sand 
hill 
by Akiskinnok beach, rent seadoos at Pete's marina, Ski Fairmont 
with 
our son then go swim at the Hot Springs, Glo bowling at the 
Windermere bowling alley, Go horsback riding at the Fairmont trials, 
Eat lunch at the Pynnlogs cafe at the beach by our house....and I 
could go on, but I'll leave some out for you to discover while you 
enjoy your stay and forget the city, the smog and the traffic!

Vacation Rental Rates

1800.00 per week in the winter months, 275.00/night
Christmas season 2500/week
Summer Season May 1-Sept 15 2450/week 350/night
Cleaning is additional 150.00
1000.00 refundable damage deposit.
