"Calypso" has 2 Bathrooms & 2 Bedrooms with King Size Beds.

There is a "Nautical" Library which includes Reef Guides, Oceanography, Sailing, Scuba Diving, Sea Stories, Hawaiian Lore, and Big Island Guidebooks. We have books for Kids too such as Peanuts, Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew & Dr. Seuss.

Enjoy videos and DVDs (Hawaiian, Adult, Family and Kids).

For your beach & outdoor trips, Calypso has Beach Equipment including
boogie boards, snorkel equipment, tennis racquets and ice
chests.

Walk to nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park, Hawaii's best snorkeling beach,
and popular recreation area, or surf and boogie board at Lyman's and Banyan's. Ask us for our walking "treasure map" which will guide you to Petroglyphs at a little known tide pool site near "Calypso".

Walk to the market, tiny Keauhou Harbor or Secret Cove.

Our Pool has a shallow side section for beginners to practice snorkeling. Play Tennis, or Barbeque. On the condo grounds is an Archaeological site where Ancient Hawaiians lived. Adjacent to the complex is the Championship Golf
Course, the Kona Country Club.

Housekeeping: Initial cleaning is done prior to your arrival and is
included in the rental charge. There is a phone for your convenience
and local calls are free. The unit includes linens.

Check In: 3 pm Check Out: 11am

Reservations: We require an advance deposit of $300 notification of the exact dates of your arrival and departure. This will confirm your
reservation. Once confirmation is made, your balance is due 30 days
prior to your scheduled arrival. The $300 deposit also serves as a fully refundable damage deposit and will be returned within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation: Your deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is
given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or
prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of
scheduled arrival date.
