awesome 12,000-square foot lagoon pool.

We're in a great location: Walk to shopping in Rosemary Beach or the 
restaurants and shops at the Villages of South Walton right next to 
Rosemary. "It Had to be View" is two minutes to the Seacrest pool or 
four minutes to the beautiful beaches of South Walton, or guests can 
take the FREE Seacrest Beach shuttle to either. At the end of the 
day, enjoy the rare and stunning panoramic views that will take your 
breath away!

We offer EASY check-in. No need to fight the crowds, stand in line 
and wait for keys. The house has a lockbox so you may arrive anytime 
after 4 p.m. on the day of your check-in. The lights will be on and 
a bucket of snacks will be waiting for you!

"It Had to be View" is everything you want in a beach vacation home. 
The layout is perfect for families, with plenty of sleeping space 
and many decks to enjoy the glorious views and family atmosphere of 
Seacrest Beach.

The first floor features a living area with hardwood floors, 
comfortable seating and a large TV with a VCR, DVD player and 
PlayStation2 with several games. The dining and kitchen area, open 
to the living room, seats 9 for mealtimes. The very well equipped 
kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a 
spacious pantry. 

A full bath serves both the living area and the downstairs bedroom. 
This bedroom has a private porch which leads to the back yard. It is 
a flexible room with a double bed and twin bunk beds that can sleep 
a family of four or four youngsters. There is also a TV/DVD player 
to keep the children occupied. Out the back door is a porch, gas 
grill and a fenced-in backyard for youngsters to play safely. 

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with king bed, down 
comforter, hardwood floors, sitting area with a large TV and DVD 
player, view of the Gulf from the bed, and a private porch with 
Gulf view. The master bathroom has tile floors, double sinks, a 
glass enclosed shower with a view of the Gulf and a large jetted 
tub. The third bedroom on the same level has a queen bed dressed in 
a down comforter and a private bath/shower. Double doors lead to a 
private porch with Gulf views. The second level also includes a 
laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. All bedrooms have 
plenty of closet space.

The third floor is the tower room with panoramic views, wet bar, 
refrigerator, Carribean-style game table, a 19 in. TV to catch your 
favorite sports, and a comfortable daybed with pop up trundle 
underneath. There are wrap-around windows and sun decks on both east 
and west sides for the best views of the beaches of South Walton!

Seaside, shopping, swimming, snorkeling & diving, boating, sailing, 
water-skiing, surfing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet-skiing. Destin 
1/2 hour away.
