 This high-end 3,000 sq. foot 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home (2 King, 3  
Queen) sleeps 10 and has the best views in Santa Cruz. The Point is  
just steps from the beach at Sunny Cove.  It is a wonderfully  
appointed single level home with a large back yard and a beautiful  
garden on the oceanside. Newly painted, new roof and heating system  
and updated kitchen. 
The Point sits on Black Point which is a cliff with a 280 degree view  
of the beautiful bay from Monterey/Carmel to Santa Cruz.  See the  
Monterey lights at night.  World class surfing. The waves break on  
the point out in front.  Relax on the oceanside patio and BBQ with  
the surfers, sailboats, seals on the rock, otters, and dolphins.  
  
 
The lot is fenced. Lots of lawn which extends out to iceplant and to  
the ocean. 
 
3.3 miles to Capitola--a nice walk--and about a mile to the Santa  
Cruz Yacht Harbor.  Enjoy numerous quality restaurants and nearby  
night life.

Double garage houses one car.  Parking for 6 cars.  All new high  
quality towels and sheets provided by owner.  
 
Large grass area on ocean large enough for a large group for a sit  
down reception. 
 
2 patios with patio furniture. Hot and cold shower and large sink in  
the garage for after the beach.  Beach chairs, coolers and basically  
all amenities to make your stay a dream. 

Activities and Attractions

Golf at Seascape, De La Viega, and Pasatiempo plus great courses in  
Monterey; tennis, biking on ocean view bike trails, The Santa Cruz  
Boardwalk, Bonfonte Gardens, Sunny Cove beach, surfing, deep sea  
fishing and fishing off Black Point (on the property). 
 
UC Santa Cruz is nearby, several parks and great beach activities all  
up and down the coast.  The Point is very private and sits up on a  
bluff overlooking Monterey Bay. One can walk on the beach for a mile  
to Pleasure Point Beach. 
 
 
The Santa Cruz Boardwalk is a full amusement park with a legendary  
old roller coaster and free oldies rock concerts in the summer.  It  
is less than an hour drive south to Monterey/Carnel.  About an hour  
north to San Francisco.

Vacation Rental Rates

$700 refundable booking and security deposit required at the booking,  
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee required also at the time of  
booking.  Please add 10% of rent for County tax. 
 
4 PM check in and 11 AM check out.  
 
Off Season Rates: From Labor Day to Memorial Day $2950 weekly;  $520- 
$600 nightly;  $520 mid-week and $6000 weekends;  $6000 monthly. 
 
From Memorial Day to Labor Day (June, July and August) $3950 weekly;  
$10,000 monthly.  
 
Multi-week discounts: for stays over a week, the second week discount  
and the third and additional weeks are 15% discount. 
 
No pets or smokers please. 
 
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.
