Vacation Rental Description

Florida Gold has 50 fabulous homes and villas that are amongst the  
best on the West coast of Florida. All are moments away from the  
unspoilt beaches and magical waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  
 
This gorgeous privately owned villa,overlooking the golf  
course,features 3 bedrooms and 3 master suites -- ideal for those  
looking for privacy with family and friends. 
Furnished to a very high standard, it has many upgrades,  
cathedral ceilings plus fully upgraded, well equipped kitchen. There  
is full air conditioning in the house, with ceiling fans in all  
rooms and on the lanai. The oversized pool is electric and solar    
heated and there is a double garage. 
 
Bedrooms and Bathrooms. 
The main master suite has a King bed (6’),night stands,dresser and  
sliding doors onto the lania and pool area, the en-suite bathroom  
features a huge walk-in Roman style shower. The oversized vanity  
unit has twin washbasins and lots of drawer space.  
The second bedroom has a King bed (6’) bedside tables and dressing  
table. This room also has direct access to the lania and pool  
through large sliding glass doors.The room also features a large en- 
suite bathroom with twin washbasins. The third bedroom features a  
pair of twin beds (3’) and a large en-suite bathroom with polystone  
bath with shower, twin washbasins and a large walk-in closet.  
All linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided and a  
hairdryer in each bedroom. 
 
Family Areas. 
There is a luxurious formal lounge, a study area and a separate  
family dining area, great for planning day trips over breakfast. 
Our homes feature all the usual appliances plus stereo cable TV and  
video/DVD player connected to speakers on the pool deck. 
 
Catering Facilities. 
The kitchen includes everything you could need with microwave,  
ceramic top cooker, huge fridge/freezer with icemaker and top grade  
accessories. The laundry room is also fully equipped.   
 
Pool Details. 
The private,electric/solar heated pool is south facing so catches  
the sun all day.The large lanai provides much needed shade even on  
the hottest days. 
  
The pool also has electric heating at an extra cost of $100 per week . The Lania area is larger than  
most  
properties and is completly screened with private poolbath,barbeque,  
patio table, chairs and sun oungers. The pool deck looks out over  
the landscaped lawn and to the golf course at the rear.

beautiful Englewood area of South West Florida. Rotonda is a new  
community built around several excellent golf courses yet within a  
few minutes drive of the gulf beaches and sparkling waters of  
Manasota Key and Boca Grande. Boating marinas and shopping malls are  
nearby. There is a great selection of places to eat from casual  
waterside dining to fine restaurants.  This is an elegant, luxury

Activities and Attractions

Rotonda is a quiet golf community on the Gulf Coast surrounded by a  
huge nature reserve. The river that encircles Rotonda is not  
connected directly to the gulf so is a haven for all sorts of wild  
life. There are several very attractive golf courses within the  
Rotonda community and many others close by. The house is 15 minutes  
from the beautiful Manasota Key beaches and even closer to the  
marinas from where boats are available to rent. Boca Grande is the  
island where the US presidents like to play golf and it’s only  
minutes away. There is every kind of water sport, tennis, fishing,  
cycling and walking trails and many other activities to partake in  
locally.   
The theme parks of Orlando are within easy reach and Busch Gardens  
is only an hour away. Sarasota, Venice and Fort Myers are also close  
by offering some excellent shopping malls, theatres and museums. In  
Englewood there is a good selection of shops, supermarkets and a
