Its spacious design makes it ideal for a large family getaway or for multiple couples to share, with 6 bedrooms set up for adults plus a second den area for the kids. Gulf views and breezes from balconies off the second and third floors,
along with beautiful decor add to your enjoyment. Relax beside your large, private (unheated) pool, fenced for safety and privacy. Sea For Miles has 6 bedrooms, 5
baths and will sleep 14. Convenient, private neighborhood beach access is just 150 leisurely steps away. There is parking for four cars. There are three separate A/C units for personalized cooling settings, plus ceiling fans in all rooms.

Outdoors at Sea For Miles, guests enjoy the large, sunny & private 12x30 (unheated) pool with 5 loungers and 3 side chairs. Brick patio joins fenced pool and house, complete with 2 Adirondack chairs, picnic table and gas grill. There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower.

Enter the first floor to find the open family room, dining room, and
kitchen, all featuring Travertine tile floors and gulf views. This area opens out to
overlook the patio and pool. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, GE Profile appliances, walk-in pantry and large breakfast bar, seating 3. Large dining table seats 8. Family room features comfortable queen sleeper sofa, 2 comfortable side chairs, large coffee table, TV/DVD/VCR combination and stereo. The ground floor
queen bedroom with TV/VCR is perfect for elderly guests. It adjoins the travertine-tiled hall bath with a tub/shower. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, with
full size washer and dryer.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. King bedroom has TV, side chair, private tiled bath with marble sink, shower and French doors leading to 2nd story deck overlooking gulf and pool. The second King bedroom has TV/VCR and adjoining tiled bath with tub/shower, and French doors leading to the 2nd story deck. The Queen bedroom has a TV and adjoins the same bath.

Third floor features 2 more bedrooms and baths and a play area for the kids. King bedroom has TV and private bath, with tiled shower and marble vanity, plus French doors leading to 3rd story deck with 4 Adirondack chairs for enjoying sweeping gulf views. The second master King bedroom has side chair, TV, large private bath with spa tub, big walk-in shower, and 2 marble vanity sinks, plus French doors leading to 3rd story deck. Kids play area features love seat, TV/DVD/VCR and bean bag chairs.

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
