and well maintained.  Just one block away from tennis courts and  
basketball courts.  Many other attractions are also close by. 
 
Unit A:  Two bedrooms with full size beds,one full size sleeper  
sofa. Fully equipped kitchen.  One bathroom. Propane fired free  
standing wood stove, 36" color television with premium channels, HBO  
and Cinimax,VCR with movies. Pool table, telephone.  500+ square  
foot covered deck, with new seven person 36 jet hot tub, gas grill,  
outdoor furniture.  Paddle boat and row boat provided with rental. 
 
Unit B:  Three bedrooms with full size beds, one full size sleeper  
sofa.  Fully equipped kitchen.  Two bathrooms. Propane fired free  
standing wood stove, 32" color televison with premium channels, HBO  
and Cinimax, VCR with movies.  Fooseball table, electronic darts.  
Telephone, washer and dryer.  Large deck with gas grill and outdoor  
furniture. Paddle boat and row boat provided with rental.

On lake with boat dock and boats.  Fully equipped kitchens, Hot tub,  
pool table, fooseball table, electronic darts, large screen

Vacation Rental Rates

Applicants must be 24 years or older.  No student groups no prom  
parties permitted. 
 
Rates are based on 75 to 100% permitted occupancy. 
 
Spring (March 1st to May 25th)          Unit A $500 week or week-end 
                                        Unit B $600 week or week-end 
Summer (May 25th to September 8th)      Unit A $650 week or week-end 
                                        Unit B $750 week or week-end 
Fall (September 8th to October 31st)    Unit A $500 week or week-end 
                                        Unit B $600 week or week-end 
Winter (November 1st to March 1st)      Unit A $650 week or week-end 
                                        Unit B $750 week or week-end 
 
Pets are allowed at owners descretion at the rate of $25.00 nightly  
or $150 weekly plus additional security deposit.
