Gated Golf Course View in Tampa

This three year old villa is located right on the golf course and
overlooking a pond. The view is truly spectacular.  It does have a great view of the golf course but the cart path is not behind the home.   It is in a gated community . The home is light and bright with vaulted
ceilings. It will be spotlessly clean upon  your arrival.  I has two bedrooms and a den as well as the large greatroom overlooking the kitchen area.  There is a screened lanai which is a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee.  The home has a double garage as well. 

The floors are tile in the living room and the kitchen. The bedrooms
are carpeted. Each room is tastefully decorated. There is a
screened lanai where you can watch the wildlife and birds. The golf
course is immediately behind so you will have a great view of the
golfers as well. The home is complete with cable television and
high speed internet connection.

This home is completely furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.  The kitchen is fully furnished with plenty of dishes and cookware.  There is a barbeque grill on the screened lanai.  The home has a double garage for storing your cars.  All linens are provided as well.

There are 27 holes of golf available. There are shuffleboard courts
and tennis. The heated pool is magnificent and has a spa. There are water exercise groups and  swimming lanes for workouts. There is also an exercise room in the clubhouse as well as a library and billiards.   There is a
restaurant and a bar . Every kind of activity is
available including billiards, bridge, library, yoga, dances, kareoki and much
more.  On Sundays there is a brunch at the clubhouse that is very nice.  Hamburgers and hotdogs are available pool side on Sundays as well.

The rate for May through December is $1450.00 per month. The rate
for January through April is $2000.00 per month.  
This includes all utilities, yard maintenance , trash pickup, cable TV, and high speed internet.  It also includes discounted golf. Taxes
for this area total 9% per month for rentals that are under six
months. I rent by the month but if I have a vacant month I might consider a weekly arrangement.  The rate for one week would be $500.00.
