Our one-bedroom apartment is on the second floor of a landmark
building in the fashionable residential and shopping area of
Knightsbridge. It consists of a comfortable living room, fully
equipped kitchen with all appliances; bedroom with side-by-side twin
beds (which can be made up into a king size bed); and full bathroom
with power shower. It is furnished with antique and reproduction
furniture and has recently been redecorated with new paint and
wallpaper. The apartment is air-conditioned and centrally heated.
The building is served by three elevators, and there is
a porter/doorman on duty 24 hours a day.

Amenities include all kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer. The
living room provides TV/VCR/DVD player, as well as radio/stereo/CD
player. A computer with wirelss access and SKYPE telephone is
provided, as well as a regular telephone land line.
The apartment is handicapped-accessible by elevator, wide halls
and doorways, and no steps from the street.
One of the best locations in London--taxis and buses pass the
door, and the Knightsbridge Underground station and Hyde Park are across
the street. Harrods, international-quality shops, and the South
Kensington museums are a short walk away.

The apartment is very centrally located. The flagship Burberry and
Jaeger stores are at the ground level of the Park Mansions building.
All kinds of other famous stores, such as Cartier, Vuitton, Armani,
Dior, Yves St. Laurent are in the immediate area, as well as the
department stores Harrods and Harvey Nichols . Hyde Park across the
street offers opportunities for walking, jogging or strolling. There
are a dozen restaurants within two blocks. The Victoria and Albert
Museum, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, and the
Royal Albert Hall are a short walk or bus ride away. Three or four
stops on the Underground to the theatre district.
