the unit has a side view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and  
master bedroom.

Dec 13 to Feb 13 - $825 / week 
 
Feb 14 to Apr 29 - $950 / week 
 
April 30 to Sep 3 - $800 / week 
 
Sep 4 to Dec 12 - $700 / week 
 
Add $75 cleaning fee 
 
One week minimum rental - generally Saturday to Saturday  
 
All rates quoted in U.S. dollars 
 
Discounts for rentals of one month or more - just ask if interested  
 
If calendar shows booked, please e-mail as owner generally can  
provide a referral to other owners within the building that rent.
