Vacation Rental Description

Great condo in coco plum area; fully equipped kitchen.  This unit is 
bright, spacious and newly remodeled and painted.  Flat screen TV's 
are installed in walls in living area and bedroom and regular TV/DVD 
player in 2nd bedroom.  Main living area also has DVD player.  All 
furniture, towels, linens and kitchen supplies are new (purchased 
this summer).  
Rental includes a dock for your boat just steps from your front 
door.  This rental is a grpound floor unit with parkinh steps away.  
It is in a small/quiet complex.  Access to the Ocean is minutes away 
and a Gulf a short ride through Vaca Cut.    
Walking distance to cocoplum beach on bike path.  Great fishing, 
kayacking and boating.
