Vacation Rental Description

PGA Village is located 30 minutes North of Palm Beach International  
Airport 1 minute off I-95 at the Saint Lucie West exit, make a left  
go 1000 ft. you there. The condo is situated in the "Castle Pines  
Golf Villa" section of the PGA Resort gated community. The PGA  
Village (site of the PGA qualifying school) has three immaculate,  
championship courses, designed by top notch architects. Among them  
are 2 "Tom Fazio" golf courses a "Pete Dye" golf course, a 35 acre  
PGA Learning Center, the PGA of America Historic center, a practice  
range, a pitch and putt course, putting green, fully stocked golf  
shop, full restaurant and bar. Tee Times can be reserved up to 9  
days in advance. PGA Village is 12 miles to the center of Port St.  
Lucie which is adjacent to Hutchinson Beach Island, shopping, Intra- 
coastal view restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. This is  
a complete and beautiful resort vacation experience.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has access to the pool, hot tub and has a 2nd floor golf  
course view on the 11 tee of the Pete Dye Golf Link Course. The 2  
bedroom villa is 1400 sq ft plus 170 sq ft (20 ft wide) screened  
balcony. The 1 bedroom villa is 900 sq ft, plus 170 sq ft screened  
balcony and the 1 bedroom studio is 500 sq ft with mini- 
refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. Iron & ironing board in  
each unit. Local free Phone calls, Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans in  
all rooms, 1 Cable TV & DVD player in the Studio unit and 2 TVs & 2  
DVD players in the 1 or 2 BR villa, CD player alarm clocks in each  
unit, FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET connection w/router,  
electric touch pad door locks (no keys to lose), Full Kitchen,  
Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils  
provided in the 1 or 2 BR villa. All units have linens provided,  
free Washer & Dryer, Hot Tub at Swiming Pool (shared), NO SMOKING,  
NO PETS!!

Activities and Attractions

PGA Village is 7 miles to the center of Port St. Lucie which is  
adjacent to Hutchinson Beach Island, shopping, Intra-coastal view  
restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. This is a complete  
and beautiful resort vacation experience.  For you baseball fans,  
the Mets training field is only 2 miles away!
