SANDY WHITE BEACH and within a couple of blocks to 5th Ave. and 3rd St.
Lovely unit in Garden Manor. Garden Manor is a nicely landscaped
courtyard with approx. 24 units. It offers you a free laundry room and
free off street parking space and room for bicycles. 
Enjoy sitting out on the balcony in a tranquil atmosphere. For
entertainment take off for a short walk to Art shows and music on the
lawn take place on 5th Ave. and 3rd St.!! Or just go for a walk to see
the sun rise in the East on the water and the beautiful sunsets on the
Gulf water. The unit is close to the tennis courts and the library.
This lovely unit is close to Tin City, The Board Walk and shopping
malls. There are lots to do or relax in this wonderful island
decorated unit.
