short distance from the beach! Sleeps 10! Community pool, covered 
patio. Stained concrete and wood floors throughout. HIGH SPEED 
INTERNET ACCESS and all amenities for your stay. Pet friendly (up to 
2 dogs, maximum 35#) with non-refundable pet fee and prior approval. 
LARGE GROUPS! The house next door is also available. BOOK BOTH and 
sleep 20 guests!

Vacation Rental Amenities

King in Master bedroom, Queen in Guest bedroom. 
Two sets of bunk beds with futon sofa and TV/ DVD in Guest bedroom, 
and one set of bunkbeds in additional Guest bedroom.

Open style kitchen with large dining table, comfortable living area, 
covered patio.  TV's with DVD, telephone, high speed internet.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming in pool, or enjoy the beach, fishing in bays and offshore, 
scuba diving, snorkeling, canoeing and kayaking.  There are numerous 
local restaurants and shops.

Vacation Rental Rates

$325/ night (plus tax)  Memorial Day through Labor Day
$225/ night (plus tax) Remainder of the year
Two (2) night minimum stay
