Vacation Rental Description

Very clean, air conditioned one bedroom, one bath condo located on  
the fourth floor of the Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club, with  
outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit offers wireless high speed internet access, national - 
wide calling and expanded cable TV stations.  This unit is fully furnished and  
tastefully decorated, and has been recently updated.  
A queen sized pull-out couch offers additional sleeping  
accomodations in the living room. A leather recliner awaits for your  
TV and DVD/VCR viewing in the comfortable living room. Large balcony overlooking the  
Gulf of Mexico is accessible from both the living room and bedroom.  
The bedroom has a mahogany chest of drawers, a queen size bed and  
TV and telephone. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, telephone, stove and  
refrigerator. Dining area has 4 place mahogany dining set. The property has a security gate occupied  
24 hours a day. The unit has a covered parking spot only 3 spots from the elevator.  
Unit fully equipped with towels and linens. Just bring your clothes, 
toothbrush and bathing suit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless high speed internet in the unit, nation-wide calling and extended cable channels. There is  
a laundry room on the floor, exceptionally clean and well-kept.  The club house has a fitness center  
with treadmills, aerobic & strengthening machines, and weights-center, tennis courts, library with  
internet, large sparkling clean pool, sandy lagoon with a beautiful nature walk, rec room with pool  
and ping-pong tables, sauna in women's dressing room. The club house also has a large screen TV with  
seating area.

fishing, pool, exercise room.  Boat, kayak and watercraft rentals as  
well as gulf casino boat nearby.  Close to many golf courses.

Vacation Rental Rates

June through October $350-400 per week plus 9% tax 
$1,550.00 - $1,800.00 per month depending on season, includes tax 
Nov., Dec. $1400 plus tax 
$50 Unit cleaning fee  
Unit is non-smoking.
