Vacation Rental Description

Relax in the mountains in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with 
views. Located in the beautiful and scenic Maggie Valley / 
Waynesville Smoky Mountains area in North Carolina. Offering 
vacation 
relaxation and fun for everyone in our beautiful home with year 
round 
access and all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautifully wooded 
and 
serene setting as well as the magnificent mountain views. Take 
beautiful walks / hikes on the mountain and enjoy nature at its best.

If snow skiing is on your agenda, Cataloochee Ski Resort is only 2 
more miles up the same mountain (No driving is necessary - Shuttle 
bus available).

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, 
microwave, cookware, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot 
with 
filters, tea pot, and dining area. Other amenities include laundry 
room, alarm clock, calendar, corkscrew, telephone, snow sled, etc.

Beautiful interior décor exhibiting yellow pine throughout the 
house. 
Plenty of heating to include a woodburning fireplace, baseboard 
heaters. Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has a 
queen 
bed. The sleeper sofa folds out into a comfortable double bed. The 
entertainment unit exhibits a 19" cable TV / VCR to enjoy your 
movies 
or reviewing your camcorder shots.

House was completely furnished with brand new furniture and 
amenities 
on November 1999.
All you will need to bring: Clothing, Food and  Paper Products.

National Park, 2 National Forests, Nantahala & Pisgah, Cherokee 
Indian Reservation & Casino, Blue Ridge Parkway, Appalachian Trail, 
Biltmore Estate (house/gardens/winery), Great Smoky Mountains Scenic 
Railway, gem mining, waterfalls, white water rafting, canoeing and 
kayaking. Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood are only but a 
beautiful and scenic 45 minute drive into Tennessee.

October..................... 5 Night Minimum Stay
Jacuzzi Fee ................ $50 (Completely Drained and Cleaned)
Security Deposit ........... $100 (Refunded when keys returned).
Cleaning Fee ............... $55
Sales Tax and Processing ... 13%
Cancellation Policy: 30+ days notice = 100% refund
                     15-30 days notice = 50% refund rent
                     15-30 days notice = no deposit refund
                     Less than 15 days = no refund (deposit or rent)
