The Master Bedroom has a kingsized bed comprised of two twin beds with a custom made
headboard. The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds.
The Kitchen is completely furnished and all linens are included. Our livingroom and kitchen
areas are nicely tiled as are the bathrooms.
We have a private patio with furniture and a garage with an automatic openner.
Our houses are located within the ORMOND SCENIC LOOP AND TRAIL which has been designated as a
scenic byway. Besides the beautiful ocean views, there are also swamps, forest, great bird watching,
and rivers.

Our house is tastefully decorated by a professional German decorator, meticulously
maintained, and offers every amenity.
The fully furnished kitchen has a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven,
coffee pot, pots and pans, mixer, sets of dishes and flatware, crock pot.
We have a complete linen closet filled with sheets and towels, including beach towels.
BBQ grill upon request. Ironing board and iron. FREE Wifi.
Outdoor shower and clothes line for beach towels and swim suits.
Basic cable, telephone/ dial up access, electric, water, A/C, patio, patio table and chairs, umbrella, and beach chairs.
Indoor laundry room with washer and dryer.

Ormond by the Sea has a wonderful no-traffic beach and now also has Tom Renick Park. The
park has bathrooms, showers, and parking at the beach. While you are here, you can also
enjoy hiking, biking, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoes, fishing, wildlife and bird viewing,
horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, swimming, snorkeling/diving,
boating, sailing, gambling, surfing, waterskiing, jet skiing, Biketober Fest, Daytona Pepsi 400,
and just relaxing.
Enjoy a day trip to the Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios, Daytona
International Speedway, St. Augustine (America's oldest city), Sea World and Marine Land.

Our cottages are rented by the week or by the month.
The WEEKLY rate is $615 and includes 13% tax.

Our MONTHLY rate is $1320.
Basic rent includes the cost of all utilities and end cleaning. Monthly guests whose electric
bill exceeds $100 will be asked to pay the additional charges.
We welcome LONG TERM or YEARLY RENTALS.
