Our townhome is a dream vacation home and will meet your every need. 1,580 square
feet of living space. One king bedroom, and one with two-twin beds. Master bedroom has
a large 2-vanity/sink area separate from shower/tub area. The twin-bed bedroom has it's
own shower bathroom.
Garage on ground level. Living room, dining room, 1/2 bathroom and kitchen on first
floor level. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and washer and dryer on second floor. Sliding
doors open to a screened-in balcony off the living room. Balcony has a table and chairs
for eating outdoors, or just relaxing while reading.
Your stay includes unlimited tennis privileges on one of ten Har-Tru tennis courts. Enjoy
the sun and swim in a beautiful junior-olympic size pool.
Cedars Tennis Resort is a meticulously landscaped resort. Lighted boardwalk to pool and
tennis courts. Beautifully landscaped walking path on the property that leads to a fishing
pier on the bay. Sitting area to watch the wildlife and dolphins at play.

Fully equipped and updated kitchen - all new appliances. Wireless DSL internet. Phones
with answering machine. Cable TVs - one in living room (with DVD player), and TVs in
both bedrooms. Washer and dryer on upper level. Towels and linens are provided. Beach
towels, beach chairs, cooler and BBQ grill.

Only a short drive to famous St. Armands Circle, art museums and the cultural center of
Sarasota. One hour drive to Busch Gardens, two and a half hour drive to Disney World and
Universal Studios.
Other leisure activities include: golf, deep-sea fishing, jet-skiing, boating, kyaking to
name a few.
Fabulous restaurants on Longboat or a short drive off the key. We have a list of our

Reservation Deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required to secure a reservation.
Cancellation: if notification is 90 days prior to arrival day - full refund less $50.00. If less
than 90 days, no refund, unless we are able to rebook. Refundable security deposit of
$250.00 required at time of final payment. FULL payment (rental rate, plus 11.5% tax,
(6.5% FL State Tax + 5% Resort Tax) $125.00 cleaning fee and security deposit) is due 30-
days prior to arrival date. Check out

Possession - keys will be mailed to your home after full payment is received.
