of "The Great Northwoods" without the long drive. The town,
Cambridge, is vacationland at its finest, with quaint shopping,
family dining, and a renowned, gourmet restaurant. Water sports,
golf, and tennis are everywhere. Sportsmen will find excellent
fishing and hunting year-round.

The property is located 25 miles southeast of Madison, Wisconsin, 40-
minutes northwest of Lake Geneva, two and a half hours from Chicago,
and an hour from Milwaukee.

The property features a private, silky-smooth, sandy shoreline and
spectacular sunset water views. There is a completely screened
gazebo 8 feet from the water that is ideal for outdoor dining and
relaxing.

The kitchen features brand-new granite countertops, cherry cabinets,
and stainless steel appliances. All of the "Four Seasons" style beds
and linens are of the highest quality, all brand new. The property
is accented with island themed art from the Caribbean.

Lake Ripley is a crystal clear 440 acre spring-fed lake that
features a beautiful public beach with tennis courts, volleyball
courts, basketball courts, and a soccer field. The lake is ideal for
power-boating, jetskiing, water-skiing, sailing and fishing. There
is a marina that rents pontoon boats and fishing boats on a daily
basis. A true sportsman’s paradise, Lake Ripley boasts the Wisconsin
state record for the largest large mouth bass ever caught. (His
tasty, oversized cousins are still in there.)

With a sandy, swimmable shoreline, Lake Ripley's Island Lane is the
best rental value in Wisconsin. Rental rates include wireless internet access and satellite
television.

Fall/Winter/Spring Rate: Sept 6 to June 10: $175/night & $1,200/week.

Early Summer: June 11 to June 25: $1,700 per week

Summer Rate: June 25+, July, August: $2,499/week.

Rentals are normally FRIDAY to FRIDAY. Maximum capacity by guests
(who are over the age of 3 years old) is 8. Rates quoted are for 4
guests, additional guests require an additional fee.

Memorial Day and Labor Day are summer rates.

Minimum lease will be greater than 31 days.
