Vacation Rental Description

Thanks for your interest in our Bouchelle Island Condo at
New Smyrna Beach, Florida. We know you will feel right at home as
we have tried to add our personal touch to our “Home Away from Home.”
Our unit is on the East Coast about half way between Daytona
Beach to the north and Kennedy Space Center to the south. Since we
are close to the ocean, weather is comfortable all year round. Of
course it is much warmer in the summer months, but most nights, a
pleasant breeze flows through the condo and our central air
conditioning is not even needed . We also have ceiling fans located
throughout the condo.
Our unit is one of many building in this residential
community. Each building has 15 units and is three stories tall
with a convenient elevator for residents use. Our unit has two
bedrooms. The Master bedroom overlooks the water and has a walk-in
closet and private bath with and large glass enclosed shower. The
guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining full bathroom, with tub
and shower.
There is a DVD/VCR combo with a television in the living
room and a television in both bedrooms. Our kitchen is supplied
with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, washer &
dryer, and European-style cabinetry. Our condo is fully furnished
with linens and all your kitchen needs. The living room is 14 X
24'8" with a screened and sliding-windowed terrace (23'9" X 8')
which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. Most people refer to it
as the “Italian Riviera” of Florida, as you can watch the boats
travel in and out all day long. You will also enjoy the
breathtaking views and incredible sunsets as you watch the dolphins
frolic in full view. If you have a boat, there is docking available
and an observation-fishing deck for your use.
We also have a 3,200 foot waterfront boardwalk, a centrally
located clubhouse, two heated pools, outdoor spa, lighted tennis
courts, shuffle board courts and an 18 hole chip and putt golf
course. The Ocean and sand is only four blocks away.
