Cozy efficiency overlooks Hunter Springs in Crystal River. Condo is
fully furnished with a queen size Murphy bed. Living room overlooks
river and Hunter Springs beach where there is swimming and a launch
area for canoes and kayaks. From the living room window, manatees
and other river creatures can be seen swimming by as well as a
wonderful view of varieties of water birds.

Condo is centrally located within 1 mile of downtown Crystal River
and a local pier to dock and launch your boat or with boat rentals
for those who wish to fish, snorkel, scuba dive or kayak.

Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave oven garbage
disposal, kitchen appliances and an assortment of pots, pans, dishes
and utensils. Condo has central air and heat, basic cable, telephone
service and utility room with washer and dryer. River is visible
from entire condo, except bathroom. Assigned parking space in
shaded carport. Linens and towels included.

This condo is centrally located within a short distance to downtown
Crystal River, Hunter Springs Park and beach, variety of stores and
restaurants, public boat ramps, the Post Office, the Women's Club and
City Hall.

The Crystal River area offers a number of things to do, see and
explore.

Lower rate applied throughout year for long term rentals.
