Beautiful and sunny 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo just one block from the 
beach! Open the sliding glass doors and smell the ocean while laying 
in bed or just lounging around. Walking distance to trendy Atlantic 
Avenue. The condo complex only has six units and it's very peaceful. 
All units are owned and generally habitated by the owner. There is 
no loud music, there are no loud parties, college kids, etc. Condo 
is completely turnkey!! Very Clean.
