with all amenities and all new furnishings, new kitchen appliances,  
in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, 32" TV along with VCR/DVD  
player in living room, 20" TV with DVD in master bedroom and also in  
guest bedroom , telephone with digital answering, a private screened  
lanai, a pack-n-play, high chair and stroller are also available for
