daily lifestyles. Ultimately, it is a haven of rest and relaxation 
as well as fun in the sun for all ages just 25 miles south of the 
border, six miles south of Rosarito Beach, 3 miles south of Fox 
Studios and one mile north of Puerto Nuevo, the famous lobster 
village.

Panoramic ocean front views from the roof top patio of this pristine 
house render it a prime choice for those who enjoy "la dolce vida" 
or "the sweet life". Elegant furnishings with a modern flare make it 
ideal for entertaining with its 3 outdoor patio areas. Ideal for 
large families, a group of friends or multiple couples who enjoy 
relaxing together. This is two separate units coupled into one 
getaway location.

Upstairs there is an ocean view living room with a fireplace, full 
kitchen, dining room and master bedroom suite along with two guest 
bedrooms and two full size, newly tiled bathrooms. Downstairs is 
another unit with a patio areas, two large bedrooms, two adjoining 
private baths including a jacuzzi, a full size living room and 
kitchen. Features such as stained glass windows, colorful tile, 
leather furniture, a purple velvet dining set and spectacular sunset 
views distinguish this unique location.

The private beach, oceanfront pool, soothing jacuzzi, tennis, and 
volleyball courts are just a few yards from our door. Explore the 
tidal pools, lie on the sand beach, relax at the pool, fish from the 
jetty, or hit the surf with your friends. Due to the mild climate, 
the possibilities for relaxation and enjoyment are endless all year 
round.

Vacation Rental Rates

November - February except Holidays: Mid-week rentals start at $195
a night, $295 a night for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. 
Weekly rental rate is $1695.

March - May and Sept - October except Holidays: Mid week rentals start at $225
a night.  $325 a night for weekend rentals with a 2 night minimum. Weekly 
rental rate is $1895.

Memorial Day - Labor Day and Holidays, $375 a night.  3 night minimum
for weekend rentals and Holidays.  Weekly rental rate is $2250.

There is a $60 maid cleaning feecollected for each stay.  3 night 
minimums can be relaxed 3 weeks prior to first rental date. We 
accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
