Fairway of the Old Brockway Golf Course, walk down to shopping, activities and

House layout:
First level, living and dining area, fireplace. Downstairs bedroom has one full bed, one
twin and an air matress. Full bath with bath tub.
Upstairs, master bedroom has California King. Large second room has two twins and
Queen bed. Upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower.
Vacation Rental Amenities
A short walk to 24 hr. Safeway, The Blue Onion, Log Cabin Cafe, Hiro Sushi, Jasons Bar and
Grill, Lanzas Italian restaraunt, and many other fine restaraunts. Beautiful back yard backs
up to the 9th fairway with a view of Lake Tahoe.
Parking for at least 4 cars in the winter. Snow removal available. Easy in and out, no steep
hills to manuever in the snow. 45 minutes from the Reno/Tahoe airport. Private,
inexpensive, safe shuttle and van service available upon request. 5 Minute drive to
Northlake Casinos, dining and entertainment. Public Transportation to Northstar
Mountain resort. Pets OK with deposit.

5 miles from the new Village at Northstar, skiing and golf. 8 miles from Diamond Peak ski
area. 15 miles from the entrance to Alpine Meadows and 16 miles to Squaw Valley. All
areas offer cross country and down hill skiing. Rental Ski and Snowboard equipment
available and ready at the home when you arrive.
In the summer, avoid traffic, the North Tahoe Community center offers beach vollyball,
sprawling lawn, white sand beaches, BBQ/picnic area and outdoor showers and
bathrooms. Discount vouchers included for snowmobiling in the winter, and jet skiing,
parasailing, and other great water activities in the summer.

RATES:
Winter & Summer:$240/night (2-3 nights), $220/night (4-5 nights), $200/night (6-7
nights).
Spring & Fall:$200/night (2-3 nights), $160/night (4-5 nights),$120/night (6-7 nights).
Holidays:(Christmas, New Year's, July 4th), $325/night (5 night minimum).
Labor Day Weekend: $275/night, (3 night minimum).
Thanks giving: $300/night, (5 night minimum).
