This HIGH END condo is 150 yards from the top of chair lift #1 in Mt
Village. It has underground parking and plenty of storage. The unit
has 2 levels. There are 3 bedrooms-4 baths downstairs. There are 2
steam showers, and a Private HOT TUB on the huge deck that looks
directly at the slopes.
This unit has designer kitchen features including a wine cooler and
all modern features. The building has only 7 units and isvery quite.
condo rental amenities
This is definately a 9.5 on the 1-10 scale. If you want the best
acomodations, look no further. Once here you will not need a car.
There is a 4 person HOT TUB, with great views of the slopes, and Mt
Wilson. The great room has all modern stereo features. The unit is
wireless, and has a desk for working.
There is a large ski locker in the hall. It is a short walk to the top
of chair lift #1. It is across the street from Poachers Pub & La
Piazza and just steps away from the Gondola.
All bedrooms have their own baths, and 2 baths have steam showers.
There is an upper loft with a hide a bed and plenty of room for
reading or artist work.
There is a private workout room in the lower level for that extra workout
activities and attractions in Telluride Colorado
This unit is very close to the Mt Village Core. The gondola is a short
walk out the door. You can walk 2 blocks to the grocery store, or take
the gondola there, or go into Telluride. The summer Wednesday night
concerts are across the street.
The golf club is about 1/4 mile down the street.You can start your
walking trails right out the door and start climbing the mountains.
There is storage in the garage for your bikes, fly fishing equipment.

vacation rental rates
I am no longer using a broker, so I have reduced my rates. Winter rates are $1200 a night, plus the cleaning fee when you leave.
This is almost ski in ski out, all you have to do is walk across the street to Chair lift #1.
You don't have to be a movie star to vacation like one, take a look at the pictures and you can see the high end luxury that you and your family will stay in.
