Morro Bay rock, ocean, and bay from the main floor. The home is
nestled in Morro Bay Heights, where it is just far enough from the
noise yet close enough to all the "hot spots" in Morro Bay. The
waterfront and beaches are just a couple minutes away. There is a
beautiful rock fireplace where you can enjoy cozy days or evenings.
The master suite on the 2nd floor has a spectacular view. During the
day you see the Morro Bay Rock, the bay, and ocean and in the evening
you see the city lights and beautiful sunsets. The home is spacious
(1600 sq.ft.)has lots of character, comfortable, and custom built by
the very man who saved the Morro Bay rock from being destroyed.
There is a large viewing deck in the back. There is a lot to do in
Morro Bay. You can enjoy the beach, surf, walk down the
waterfront/boardwalk, enjoy the many restaurants, unique boutiques,
fishing, boating, golf course is nearby, sightseeing, swimming, and
much much more. Close to Morro Bay is Pismo Beach, Avila Beach,
