vacation rental rates
Off Seasons: $100/night, $650/week
Oct. 1st through Nov. 30th and April 1st. through May 31st.
High Seasons: $120/night, $700/week
June 1st through Sept. 30th and Dec. 1st through March 31st.
Rates Are for 4 guests. Maximum of 6 including children.
Two night minimum rate and three nights for holidays, Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New Years four nights rate or stay.
There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit. $ 50.00 cleaning fee
on rental less then a week deducted from deposit.
