Vacation Rental Description

This is a two room cottage built in 2004, with tall pine trees in a 
peaceful well planed development. Close to golfing, fishing and 
Restaurants. All new and modern in the woods.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Microwave, Satellite TV, BBQ Grill, Refrigerator, Fireplace, Heating 
& air conditioning,Dishes & silverware, washer & dryer, dishwasher, 
Linens Included. Note no range top or oven. Electric gill & burner.

Activities and Attractions

Winter skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, horse back riding, 
bikeing, golfing spring & Fall. Or just relax and enjoy the cool 
summer high country. Only 4 miles from shopping and Restaurants. 1.5 
miles from lake or golf.

Vacation Rental Rates

Off Seasons:  $100/night,  $650/week
     Oct. 1st through Nov. 30th and  April 1st. through May 31st.    
High Seasons: $120/night,   $700/week
      June 1st through Sept. 30th and Dec. 1st through March 31st.

Rates Are for 4 guests. Maximum of 6 including children. 


Two night minimum rate and three nights for holidays, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas and New Years four nights rate or stay.

There is a $250.00 refundable security deposit. $ 50.00 cleaning fee 
on rental less then a week deducted from deposit.
