"Home away from Home" is what we strived for here. All bedding and
bath towels provided. Beds can be arranged into 2 kings or 4 singles.
There is a sofa sleeper for 2 in the living room and 2 airbeds for
extra folks. For those traveling with an infant or toddler, there is a
port-a-crib, high-chair, and stroller to make life easier.
Fully equipped kitchen for those that want to make a meal. Grill your catch of the day on the outside gas BBQ and enjoy a cold one after a day of sightseeing.  Washer/dryer in unit, fireplace, off street parking, private balcony with mountain views. Cable TV with over 120 channels and wifi for your laptop.

 Winter monthly rate of $1650 based on 1-2 people. Includes all utilities up to $300 per month. Overages will be the responsibility of the guest. A security deposit is required for stays of 30 days or more.

Winter nightly rates are $110  and weekly at $745

 Summer 2012, Only $149 per night based on 4 guests. Extra folks? Add $10 per person per night ( May 15 - Sept. 15th) !

A 50% deposit will be
required at the time of booking and remaining balance is due 30 days
prior to arrival. Call or e-mail for
exact rates and availability. A 12% bed tax will be added
for rentals less than 30 days along with a one time cleaning fee of
$75. VISA and M/C accepted
