Welcome to Brisa Del Mar - our small condo complex on the corner of Hayes and
Ridgewood Ave. We are a short two minute walk to the soft sand of Cocoa Beach.
Our fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and has plenty of room with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in addition to the two bedrooms.
We are a ground floor corner unit. Reserved parking for two cars is
very convenient, just a few steps through the tropical courtyard to your door.
Patio furniture and a lovely shady breezeway are a great way to unwind at the end of a day of adventure around the space coast. BBQ grills are available, or use the full-size kitchen for meals. If you prefer, several nice restaurants are within a few minutes walk or drive.

New keyless entry makes it easy for you and your group to enjoy the condo.

Additional mattress is available if needed.
