Do you like to stroll the beach, or sit outside and enjoy the 
offshore breeze?  Do you enjoy relaxing in a quiet 
courtyard atmosphere, and also be close to the fun of the pier 
or the port?  This is a perfect place to enjoy your vacation!

Welcome to Brisa Del Mar - our small and friendly condo complex is 
perfect for relaxing vacations for the family, friends or just the 
two of you.  Our beachside condo is at the corner of Hayes and 
Ridgewood Ave., a short two minute walk to enjoy the soft sand of 
Cocoa Beach.  Our fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath condo 
has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, and has plenty of 
room with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in addition to 
the two bedrooms.  

We are a corner unit, on the ground floor of a small 14 unit 
complex.  Your double-deep reserved parking is very convenient, just 
a few steps through the tropical courtyard to your door.  Patio furniture 
and a lovely shady breezeway are a great way to unwind at the end of
a day of adventure around the space coast.  A BBQ grill is available, or 
use the full-size kitchen for meals.  If you prefer, several nice 
restaurants are within a few minutes walk or drive. 

Stay beachside and enjoy the community atmosphere; we are less than an hour's drive to Orlando 
attractions, but are much cooler and don't forget we have the beach!

Master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has two twins.  
Additional mattress is available if needed.

The large living room has a 27-inch TV, with DVD player and surround 
sound speakers.  Cable TV and free local calls are included. 
Unit is fully furnished for your beachside vacation; bedding, 
towels, beach chairs, a rolling cooler and beach towels to enjoy 
your time at the beach.  The full-size kitchen is completely 
equipped for preparing meals and entertaining; refrigerator with  
icemaker, all appliances for preparing easy snacks or elaborate 
meals.

$600/week April - September 2008. 
Discounts for 2 or more weeks, please inquire.

Check in or out any day of the week to meet your schedule.

Nightly rental available, $100/night 

11% Florida state tax added to all rentals. Cleaning fee 
of $85 on all rentals. Refundable security deposit required.
