Vacation Rental Description

Great views & location in PGA. 2/2 Townhome directly on the golf 
course. Unit is very nicely decorated with open floor plan- kitchen 
looks into family room and out to golf course through 4 sliding 
glass doors. As of February 2007, we have the following:

New kitchen w/granite
New appliances
New carpet throughout
New furniture throughout
New furnishings, linens, cookware, etc.
New grantite & vanity in downstairs bath
Mexican tile floor completely refurbished
Screened porch w/door to golf course
Private courtyard
Vaulted ceiling w/ recessed lighting
Mirored wall in family room
Big Screen TV
Cable TV and DVD player in family room
Cable TV in master bedroom, new 26" widescsreen
King bed in master, queen in guest
His & hers bicycles
Fishing poles to lend upon request

Vacation Rental Amenities

Community pool only 1 minute walk

3-minute walk by cart path to PGA National Resort & Spa with access 
to Shula's and other nice restaurants.

Activities and Attractions

No membership to PGA golf course, but there are several public 
courses from just 10 minutes away, indluding the newly refurbished 
Palm Beach Gardens public course, just 5 miles west of PGA National 
on Northlake Blvd.

Fishing! HUGE largemouth are abundant in the community lakes. I can 
show you where to go and what to use if you promise to release them
(no good to eat with golf course chemicals anyway.) Also, beach 
fishing is great this time of year, as is flats fishing (bring your 
waders.) The beach is about 8 miles away, and flats fishing is about 
15 miles away (if you want to fish the good spots.) 

Walking trails and golf cart paths (evening), as well as miles of 
sidewalks provide plenty of options for exploring the neighborhood.

Great restaurants and shopping are all within 5 mintes. The Gardens 
Mall is less than 5 miles away.
