The Lake Louise Getaway in Gaylord

Welcome to Lake Louise Getaway!
Enjoy an old-fashioned "Up North" family getaway in this
quiet, modern and very private beachfront cottage. The Lake Louise Getaway
is located on Lake Louise in Johannesburg, Michigan, just 20 minutes
from Gaylord. The lake is a private all-sports lake that is 43 acres.  Sorry, no personal boats may be brought.

This cozy three-bedroom cottage that sleeps up to twelve is clean,
modern and comfortable. The master bedroom has a queen size bed,
bedroom #2 also has a queen sized bed, bedroom #3 has one twin bunk
bed and a twin and the family room has a sleeper sofas that will sleep two more.  The basement has an additional twin bunk bed, full bed and sleeper sofa.  
Living room amenities include: 32" HDTV, HD satellite TV, DVD player, computer, high speed wireless internet, and board games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, coffee maker,
refrigerator, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils. It also has
a full-sized washer and dryer. For some outdoor cooking, you'll find
a gas/charcoal grill and picnic table.
A row boat, paddelboat, canoe and 3 kayaks are included for your enjoyment. Life jackets are provided and are required when using the boats. Linens and towels are provided.
In the basement is a pool table and bar style darts.  There is also an additional 36" TV with video games!

An arcade style air hockey table and foosball table are now in the garage.

The beach is one of the best on the lake! As you can see from the
pictures and maps, The Lake Louise Getaway is located on the tip of
the northwest end. There is a marsh island directly across from the
beach. This provides quiet and seclusion.
Surroundings
For the kids: In Lewiston (~20 min away) there is Smitty's Place
Family Fun Center. There they have Putt-putt golf, go-karts, pool
tables, arcade games, and air hockey. Plus they serve ice cream and
pizza.
For the adults: Also in Lewiston, there is snowmobile and jet ski
rental available. They will deliver and pickup rentals right from
the cottage!! Also, take the family over to J & B's for a great atmosphere and a great dinner!
Of course, Gaylord is known as the Golf Mecca of the Midwest. With
over a 100 course offerings, discover all that the north has to
offer.
You can find peace and quiet nestled on this private beach property
located on private Lake Louise. Only 13 miles outside of Gaylord,
Michigan there is year 'round fun with plenty to do! In winter, for
snowmobiling, there is direct access to hundreds of miles of groomed
snowmobile trails and seasonal roads. In summer, there are ATV/ORV
trails minutes away. For skiers or golfers, we are only 15 minutes
to Treetops and with over 20 golf courses in the area, this is
considered the golf Mecca of the Midwest. It is also close to
casinos and only an hour to Mackinaw Island or how about visiting
Gaylord during Alpenfest or the Otsego County Fair?
Central location, minutes from scenic Gaylord - antiques / arts /
crafts, shopping and fine dining as well as prime golf courses and
fall color sites. Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes, the Grand
Traverse wine region, Petosky, Charlevoix and casinos are easy day
trips.
