This beautiful unit is also our second home. It is located on the 14th
floor in a new luxury complex. Palacio was one of the few complexes
that was undamaged by Hurricane Ivan and was one of the first
buildings to open on the key after hurricane. Our vacation condominium
is rated platinum (highest possible rating) by Resort-Quest property
management company. This unit has the largest 3 bedroom floor plan
with approximately 2000 square feet of living area.

The floor plan is unique as it has 2 master bedrooms each with their
own wrap around balcony. The unit has numerous floor to ceiling glass
panels giving you multiple gulf views from different rooms. The entire
unit is furnished with attractive designer furniture.

The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom are breath
taking with 180 degree unobstructed view of the gulf including awesome
views of sunrise and sunset from the private balcony.

The complex features waterfront fitness center, swimming pool, and a
separate lap pool for dedicated swimmers. There is a hot tub
surrounded by outdoor picnic and grilling area. Across the street are
two state of the art lighted tennis courts. Just a short hike from the
complex is the large, protected and unspoiled national sea shore line
which is the home for a wide variety of wild life some of which are
specific to the area. There is an on site concierge that are available
to assist.

We also provide complimentary wireless internet and unlimited local
and long distance calling for guests during your stay.

Fall and Winter rates require a minimun 2 night stay. Long weekends
require a minimun of 3 night stay and all rates during this time would
have a 20% Holiday Surcharge.
