Vacation Rental Description

Sit in your rocker on the front porch with your coffee in the morning 
watching the sun rise over the Smokey Mountains at 3100 ft.  
2 bedroom/2 bath.  Master bedroom has a king size bed and private 
bath. Guest bedroom twin beds. Living room has queen sofa bed. You 
will enjoy the cool mountain air. If you feel the need we do have air 
conditoning and ceiling fans in each room. Fully equipped kitchen 
with new appliances. Including microwave, side by side refrigerator, 
dishwasher, disposal, toaster, mixer, coffee pot, all utensils, 
cookware, dishes, and glasses. Everything you will need. Dining room 
accomodates six with ease.The living room and master bedroom have 
cable, DVD and VCR in the living room. After enjoying the sunset you 
can retire to a cozy fire in the wood buring fireplace.  Firewood 
provided. Please no smokers and no pets

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 bedroom/2 bath.  Sleeps maximum of 6.  AC, paddle fans, wood buring 
fireplace. Cable TV.  DVD/VCR. New all electric kitchen. Microwave.  
Wrap around porch.  Gas Grill.  Full size washer and dryer. Paved 
road to Soco Road (main road through Maggie) less than two minutes. 
No steep roads to house.
Please, no smokers and no pets.
All you need to bring is clothing, food, paper products, and 
toiletries.

Activities and Attractions

Area attractions: Ghost Town, Santa Land, Cataloochie Ski Resort.
Entertainment: Golf courses, horseback riding, dancing, fishing, 
hiking, river rafting.  
Biltmore House (45 mintues), Dollywood (90 minutes), Gatlinburg (60 
minutes), Cherokee (30 minutes), Pisgah National Forest & Nantahala 
National Forest, Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Casino in Cherokee. 
Fine dining and family style restaurants are available in Maggie and 
Waynesville.

Vacation Rental Rates

January-December.......$100.00 night or $500.00 week (3 night minimum)
One night deposit required. ($100.00)
                               
October................5 night minimum ($90.00 night) One night 
deposit required. ($90.00)

Monthly Rental.........$1,400.00 ($400 deposit)

Rates do not include 7% North Carolina sales tax and 3% tourist tax 
for any rental under 90 continuous days.

Security deposit.......$100.00 (refunded when keys returned, refund 
check will be mailed to you)

Cleaning fee...........$65.00

Rent must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy.... 30+ days notice   - 100% refund
                        15-29 days notice - 50% refund
                        14 days or less   - no refund
