Vacation Rental Rates

4/3 Bedroom..$1900-2600/week..... $5500-6200 for 4 weeks.Peak season  
including Lobster week, Mini lobster week, Christmas, New  
Year, and major public holidays eg Easter, July 4th, Memorial Day. 
 Approx $250 cleaning fee.  
$1000 refundable deposit, Sales and Tourist taxes is 11.5% 
 30 day cancellation, 50% deposit with balance due 30 days prior to  
occupancy.
